Description:
An earthenware moon-shaped flask printed in blue underglaze. Pseudo Chinese type . The design presents a lakeside scene in which a Chinese figure leads a load-bearing camel. Other figures were added, one with a parasol. Chinese pavilions were positioned on both sides of the lake on which a boat can be seen. Mountains and trees were added in the background. The border design consists of small portions of the central pattern arranged in linear fashion. These are framed with beaded designs top and bottom.

Condition:
Very good. Minor firing grit found on one side.
