Description:
A slightly indented earthenware dinner plate. In this pattern, a man in a boat is approaching the steps leading up to the veranda in front of a large 3-story pagoda. A long two arch bridge connects the side of the pagoda to the opposite bank of the river where 3 figures are standing. Two very tall palm trees behind the pagoda hold a place of prominence in the pattern. This pattern must have been quite successful as it was made by several potteries.
Condition: Very good.  Chip to underside.
