An early and rare fluted earthenware tea bowl  and saucer printed in blue underglaze with a line-engraved pattern named Elephant, Buffalo Variation. This example is unmarked, but similar marked examples of this pattern by George Harrison are known. Provenance: Sheila French Collection.
Condition:  Very Good. Minor rubbing on the saucer edge
