Description:
An earthenware open salt printed in blue underglaze in the Welcome to the Temple pattern. The pattern is recorded in the TCC Databse of Patterns and Sources as # 1075 on a saucer. The temple image if from Charles Middleton’s engraved print titled “A Chinese Pagoda”, 1780.
Condition: Good.  Small chip to insider rim.
