Description:
An earthenware dessert dish printed in blue underglaze with the  Chinoiserie Ruins pattern. Fish Shape with molded fin-shaped handle with a blue wash. This pattern was probably introduced by Job Ridgway c. 1805. It was later produced in large quantities by John Davenport on dinner and dessert wares.
Condition:  Very good condition with only two tiny chips to underside of handle.
