Description:
A tall Copeland’s China modified baluster shaped coffee and/or teapot, made for the retailer Tiffany’s. While the spout has a strainer, it could be used for coffee as well as tea. Bone china with medium blue underglaze transfer printed Standard Willow pattern. The phrase, “We’ll tak a cup o’kindness yet for days o’auld lang syne” printed on the middle section of the body. Unusual quarter moon shaped finial, decoratively shaped handle and spout all with extensive guilding.  Mark is Copeland #241 plus Tiffany’s mark.
Condition: Very good condition with only one chip to the inside sleeve of the lid (very restorable).
