Description:
This silver-shaped earthenware teapot is printed in blue underglaze with in the Curling Palm pattern and with a border of geometric shapes and oriental symbols. The lid has a molded finial which has been hand painted with touches of blue. See Berthoud and Maskell’s Directory of British Teapots, page 87, plate 522, for an exact match.
Condition:  Very good. The very tip of the finial has been professionally restored.
