Description:
Rare and fine example of an early pearlware teapot in globular shape. Dark blue under glaze transfer printed from a line-engraved Conversation pattern. This pattern is a slight variation of Conversation #3 in the TCC Pattern Database and on a Plate  (P85) in this collection, however the borders are different.
