Description:
An early Swansea pearlware coffee or chocolate pot and cover, printed in blue underglaze with two separate Chinoiserie patterns. On one side is the Tall Lantern Carrier pattern and, on the other side, is the Man in Sampan pattern.  The Polmesk border pattern was used by the Cambrian Pottery.
Condition: Very good condition with only one small chip to tip of spout and one at the base.
