A rare earthenware well & tree platter with matching drainer  printed with the Ornate Pagodas pattern. Woolley impressed mark.   The platter is of a unique design because the “well” is within the rim of the piece and is much narrower than most. The pattern contains three ornately decorated pagodas with C-scrolls and other western motifs. Platters with their original drainers are a rare find, especially when they are marked.
Condition: Very Good. One professional restoration of a .5″ chip on the rim of the platter at approximately 5 o’clock.
